Ethics & Rights

Creative
Responsibility.

At AI Studio, we believe powerful creative tools must be built responsibly. This page explains how our platform handles ownership, likeness rights, data usage, and ethical boundaries β€” in clear, human language.

SECTION 1 β€” OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Who owns the videos I create?

You do.

Any video you generate using AI Studio belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.

You are free to:

  • Publish them
  • Monetize them
  • Use them commercially

Does AI Studio claim copyright over my content?

No.

AI Studio does not claim copyright over user-generated content. However, you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

SECTION 2 β€” LIKENESS & IMAGE RIGHTS

Very Important

Can I upload photos of real people?

Yes β€” only if you have the legal right to do so.

This includes yourself, actors you hired, models who gave consent, or people whose images you own or are licensed to use.

Can I upload images of celebrities or public figures?

We strongly discourage this unless you have explicit rights or permission.

You are responsible for respecting Right of Publicity, Personality Rights, and Local/International Likeness Laws. AI Studio does not authorize impersonation or misuse of real individuals.

SECTION 3 β€” DATA & PRIVACY

Do you train AI models on my content?

No.

We do not train our models on your scripts, your images, or your videos. Your content is used only to generate your requested outputs.

SECTION 4 β€” ETHICAL USE

What content is NOT allowed?

AI Studio does not allow content that includes:

  • Non-consensual likeness use
  • Deepfake impersonation
  • Harassment or defamation
  • Illegal, abusive, or exploitative material

SECTION 5 β€” COMMERCIAL USE

Can I use AI Studio content commercially?

Yes.

You may use your generated videos for YouTube, advertising, marketing campaigns, or client projects.
